Deguess of MIT) and enables batteries to be made that last decades and provide constant electricity.  They use radioisotope decay in a hydrogen gas atmosphere in the presence of an external magnetic field.  Easy for anyone to make a simple version.

this is what is needed to make the detector tube which is the device power source. here it is: pitchblende, thorium ore, crystalline titanium dioxide. it is a semiconductor with radioisotope doping. provides high frequency AC current at high voltage to the hydrogen gas which is then communicated to the circuits.
