NASA COLD FUSION TECHNOLOGY!
NASA works on LENR (low energy nuclear reactions) formerly called cold fusion.
as we know from quantum mechanics the coulumb barrier is not a prevention of fusion except at high temperatures. Due to non-locality it is possible (though unlikely) that a proton could "appear" inside an atomic nucleus. this NASA tech uses Windom Larsen theory to manipulate hydrogen protons into doing this.

bill gates is funding the italian governments cold fusion work through support of ENEA. the gates foundation will be donating a billion dollars.
