Professor Guo of Michigan University likes water fuel concept

Professor Guo is the inventor of the photonic metamaterial that converts terahertz waves into ultrasound.  This was the key component for my water fuel version 2.0.  I have talked with him via email and he likes the idea of it being used to power a hydrogen generator. he works at the University of Michigan.  see the pic below on email and the posts below for more details on making the device and other thought leaders who like the idea!
